We identify suitable candidates from various sources and put them through our regular stringent short-listing process before they are presented to customer/contractor, thus ensuring that the candidates who would go through the hiring process are ready for the new challenges. Our specialized training program custom - designed for each of the customer based on their needs, would ensure that the selected candidates are well-equipped to be productive with little settling-in time once on board!
The paid course at Swift is so constructed using state-of-the-art infrastructure in bangalore, india to provide the participants with simulation of real-life production environment. Again, due to our industry engagement and our preferred-partner status with top-tier IT services organizations, we have a fuller understanding of the industry’s requirements and, therefore, are in a position to groom people to be production-ready from Day One.
This program is well designed and delivered by industry experts. The program is tailored to IT industry placement requirements. Its a 6 weeks course with assessment and certification. The candidates shall be screened and selected for the training program by Swift / Contractor / Client directly. Upon selection the candidate will be given conditional offer letter. They will undergo the training at Swift for 6 weeks. A minimum of 20 students are present in each batch. A course completion certification will be provided from Swift Solution. After successful completion of the program and necessary interviews and evaluations by the client, the candidate shall get a confirmed job offer.
Job Roll: Software Testing and Application Maintenance & Support
Eligibility Criteria: For Testing & AO: BSC (Computers) or BCA 2012/13/14 passed out candidates with aggregate of 60% or above throughout in academic (10th, 12th & Graduation) is MUST.
Job Location: For Testing & AO: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Gurgaon (Must be open for relocation if required by project)
Training: For Testing: on software testing (Manual -QC, Automation -QTP, Performance - Loadrunner, RPT).
For AO: on multiple skills (Java, Testing, ITIL, RDBMS, Operating system, PMO & Reporting, Communication skills)

For AO: Rotational Shift
Selection process for this model:
- Face to Face interview with Contractor/Client in respective facilities.
- 6 weeks training. Every day except Sunday from 9:30AM to 4:00PM at Swift under Contractor/Client evaluated trainer.
- There are 3 evaluation rounds after the training. These are Case Study Presentation, Programming Test and Online Technical Test. Participants will get more than one attempt to clear each round and it’s mandatory to clear all the rounds. This evaluation will start within a week’s time (depends on interview panel availability) of training completion at Swift. First attempts evaluation process may take maximum 3-4 days to complete.
- Within few days (4-5 days) after the first attempts evaluation rounds, all of them have to go for PD (personality development) session provided by the client.
- After completion of PD session, they all have undergo another training for internal project & process oriented training. Further they have to again clear 2 tests, where they will get more than one attempt to clear each test.
- After completion of above 5 processes, they will get project fitment calls and then deployed at Contractor/Client place.
